Season of Savings Passport
Will be held November 3rd - December 13th. A passport can be purchased by community members to shop or use services in participating businesses from November 3rd-December 13th. Sponsorship and business deadline is October 9, 2026.
$100 Caroling Contributor: Business card ad on social media & name on event website and a group ad in the passport.
$500 Candy Cane Champion: Business name in all press releases, logo on fliers and advertising, logo and link on event website, logo and business description on Google Maps, an ad in the printed passport and an ad on social media.
$1,000 Holiday Hero: Candy Cane Champion Package plus Behind the Community Podcast Commercial. Banner ad for one month in Chamber weekly update and logo on passport cover.

The Waynesville – St. Robert Area Chamber of Commerce would like to invite our local businesses to participate in Season of Savings Passport. We will encourage our community to bring business to your establishment. This event will run from November 3rd - December 13th.
We are creating a “Season of Savings Passport” that can be purchased for $10 each. Participating businesses will be listed in the booklet with business logo, contact information, and discount or special that will be provided during the duration of the event. The passports can be taken to participating businesses and receipts will act as their stamps. Upon completion of the event, passports can be returned with receipts to the Chamber and be entered into a drawing to win a gift card to participating businesses. Multiple winners will be drawn.
We would like to encourage all area businesses to take part in this event, both Chamber members and non-members. Registration fees to participate in this event are as follows: Chamber members - $25 gift card to your business. Non-members, $50 plus a $25 gift card to your business. The gift cards will be utilized as prizes for those who turn in passports upon completion of the event. In addition to being listed in the passport, businesses will be listed on the Google Map on website with their contact information, Season of Savings event website, and on the Chamber social media sites.
