The Chamber Surprise Patrol Team shows up on the 1st day of the month at two randomly selected member businesses (one in St. Robert and one in Waynesville). The sign will be proudly displayed throughout the month at their business. This is a way for the Chamber to highlight our members and surprise them with a visit. We also include a business from our surrounding area to showcase virtually.

Serving the community since 2004, Watson and Associates is a full-service property management company specializing in both residential and commercial properties; including pet-friendly homes and offers services like online portal for payments and statements for tenants and owners. The company also posts their available rentals on their website.
The business representatives were Sheena Sturdy, Jun Heger, Bryan Williams, and Regina Macintosh. The team shared that Chamber membership provides valuable networking opportunities while allowing them to support community activities and local businesses.
Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri
Since 2020, Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri has provided residential behavioral health treatment for children and adolescents. Offering comprehensive psychiatric care, therapy (individual, group and family), and onsite school, specialized programs for trauma, substance use and behavioral issues. A unique part of their program includes patients volunteering at the Waynesville Animal Shelter, creating meaningful experiences that benefit both the youth and the animals. Representing the facility are Amy Iarussi, Tracy Schloete, and Janina Pawlak.

Alvarado Pro-Clean is a veteran-owned and operated exterior cleaning company serving Rolla, St. Robert, Waynesville, Fort Leonard Wood, and the surrounding communities.
Owner Steven Alvarado, who also serves as a firefighter at Fort Leonard Wood, brings the same commitment, integrity, and attention to detail from public service into every project. The company specializes in pressure washing and soft washing for residential and commercial properties, including homes, roofs, gutters, concrete, and large-scale commercial facilities.
