Fort Wood Community Spouses' Club Denim and Diamonds Basket Auction - March 6th, the Fort Wood Community Spouse's Club will host an evening of Denim and Diamonds during its live and silent auction starting at 6 p.m. at Nutter Field House. The annual event raises funds for scholarships and outreach grants benefitting the local area. Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door and includes appetizers and two drinks. Arlo Guthrie: The Alice's Restaurant 50th Anniversary Tour - March 6, 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $40 Adult/$30 Youth. Less than 30 tickets remain for this show. Arlo Guthrie was born with a guitar in one hand and a harmonica in the other. As the eldest son of America's most beloved singer/writer/philosopher, Woody Guthrie, and Marjorie Mazia Guthrie, a professional dancer, Arlo grew up surrounded by dancers and musicians, all of whom were significant influences on his musical career. Arlo Guthrie's career exploded in 1967 with the release of Alice's Restaurant, whose title song was a hilarious account of actual events that took place in 1965.Visit http://leachtheatre.mst.edu/ for more information.

9th Annual Indoor Poker Run - March 7th, the American Legion Riders Chapter 331 is hosting their 9th annual Indoor Poker Run and Spaghetti and Chili Dinner at 6:00 p.m. The dinner will be held at the American Legion Hall Post 331; 484 N. Outer Road in St. Robert. All-you-can-eat Spaghetti or Chili for $5.00. Participate in an Indoor Poker Run/ $10 for first hand, $5 for extra hands, $150 for best hand and $25 for worst hand. Enter for a chance to win a Henry Golden Boy .22 Long Rifle, Walnut Stock. Gum will be displayed at Bow and Barrel Sportsmen Center. Book Signing at the Waynesville Library - March 7th, the Waynesville Library branch is pleased to host a book signing for local author Judy M. Hamm on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Ms. Hamm is promoting her book, "It is True!!", an inspirational book for children. Please come join us for book discussions and light refreshments. Chamber Luncheon - March 11th at 11:45 a.m. at Colton's Steakhouse and Grill. Our sponsor will be Bow and Barrel Sportsmen Center. Please contact the Chamber Office to RSVP before 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 10th.

**Please note** The Chamber of Commerce is excited to have such a large number of its members attend monthly luncheons. Unfortunately, due to the large number of last minute Chamber luncheon attendees a policy has been put into place by the Chamber Board of Directors. This policy started in APRIL 2005; anyone who responds after the R.s.v.p. cut-off time (9:00 a.m. the Tuesday before the luncheon) or shows up without an R.s.v.p. may be charged an additional $10. If an R.s.v.p. is received and they do not attend the luncheon there may be a $10 charged for the meal. The decision was made to charge this amount to compensate our Chamber member restaurants for the last minute adjusts they must make to their menus.

Ribbon Cutting for Metro Business College - March 24th at 10 a.m. at 1202 E. Highway 72 in Rolla.

Taste of Pulaski County & Basket Auction - March 28th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the St. Robert Community Center. Restaurants will be handing out samples of their favorite menu items. A variety of specialty baskets from area businesses will also be up for bid. A silent auction and door prizes are also included in this fun filled event. Doors open 11:00 a.m. with the Auction beginning at 12:30 p.m. come early to browse the items for bid and start sampling the food. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12-5 years old and children 4 and under are free. Ribbon Cutting for Fairfield Inn - April 8th at 1:45 p.m. to celebrate their remodel and share their new look at 131 St. Robert Blvd.

Community Forum - April 14th, the Chamber will host a Community Forum in the library of the Waynesville High School. The panel discussion will begin at 6:30 p.m. Speakers for the evening will include representatives from Fort Leonard Wood, St. Robert, Waynesville, Waynesville R-VI School District, and Pulaski County. The community is invited to attend the forum and will have the opportunity to ask questions. Questions must be submitted in person. This event will be broadcast on Channel 12.

Chamber Four Person Scramble - April 23rd, the tournament will be an 18-hole four person scramble with a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m. at Piney Valley Golf Course on Fort Leonard Wood. Team check-in will be at 9:00 a.m. There is a $50 entry fee per person. Mulligans will be available for $20 per team and a 5' String is $10 per team. There is a limit of 30 teams. Tour of Fort Leonard Wood - April 30th, AUSA, Committee of Fifty, Friends of the Fort, Support the Fort and Phelps for the Fort will be offering a tour of Ft. Leonard Wood beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. The tour will be leaving from the Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber Office, located in the lower level of the Visitor's Center at 137 St. Robert Blvd., Ste. B in St. Robert, as always please remember to park in the back of the building. Lunch will be provided by AUSA during the tour.
