Locally, CenturyLink has a strong operations presence in the Waynesville-St. Robert and Fort Leonard Wood areas, served by Area Supervisor Bob Lovely, and seven technicians who work out of the St. Robert location. Business customers in the area receive support for their data and telecommunications needs from CenturyLink Account Manager, Marcus Busch, who can be reached at 573-681-2692. On the retail side, CenturyLink recently opened a new location in Rolla, in Bishop Commons, 201 S. Bishop. Store hours for the retail location are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There, customers can have their questions answered one-on-one by a customer care specialist, plus test drive CenturyLink products.
