The Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic, community-focused Executive Director to lead a respected organization supporting local business and a thriving regional economy in a unique and diverse military-connected community.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to strengthen economic vitality, member engagement, and regional collaboration by working closely with business leaders, community stakeholders, and volunteers. The Executive Director serves as the Chamber’s chief executive, providing strategic direction, overseeing operations and finances, leading staff and volunteers, and representing the Chamber to members, partners, and the broader public.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience, strong communication, financial and organizational skills, and a passion for community, promoting economic empowerment, and advancing the Chamber’s overall mission. Experience working with nonprofit organizations, business associations, or military-affiliated communities is strongly valued.

Compensation & Benefits Summary

• Salary range of $60,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience
• Competitive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, health insurance stipend, and performance-based incentives
