Fidelity Communications

Fidelity Communications offers a wide range of communications solutions to communities in mid-Missouri. Through a variety of channels, Fidelity brings the benefits of "big city" communications to smaller towns.

In the St. Robert area, Fidelity offers specialized circuits or services as well as business phone systems that can accommodate small business with a few lines up to multi-location businesses with more expanded services and features. On a case-by-case basis, Fidelity can combine high-speed Internet to commercial customers and quality business telephone service with competitive long distance rates.

In recent years, Fidelity has been partnering with CableAmerica to provide telephone service to CableAmerica's cable TV customers. CableAmerica offers digital telephone services over its coax to all residents in its service area utilizing the Fidelity interface and switch.

This partnership allows CableAmerica to offer a "triple play" of cable TV, high-speed Internet and local and long-distance telephone service to its customers in its rapidly-growing market-with the convenience of being combined on one bill. CableAmerica will also offer a flat rate, stand alone telephone service to all residents, which includes unlimited long distance calling.

Fidelity currently provides voice and data service to a number of Chamber members, including Ehrhardt Properties. Doing business as Ft. Wood Hotels, those properties include Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Fairfield Inn, Candlewood Suites and Mainstay Suites. A Mitel Voice Network was recently installed at all five hotels, connecting PBX's with T-1 circuits. A Digital PRI circuit was installed with a new telephone number 451-FORT as the Voice Network pilot number for Ft. Wood Hotels, allowing calls to be routed through a central number.

Ehrhardt Properties has mostly recently renovated the old Ramada Inn Complex and has opened a new 66-room Liberty Lodge Hotel. Fidelity is providing the phone and high-speed internet services.

Farris Brothers Investments recently opened a new 82-room Holiday Inn Express in St. Robert. Fidelity installed a new Mitel phone equipment, and is providing phone and internet services.

Sellers-Sexton, Inc has signed contract for new Avaya IP500 telephone system with VoIP connectivity to their used car store, Auto Financial, with installation beginning in August.
