Michael Scot Freeman was born in Ironton, Missouri and has resided in this great state his entire life. After completing two years of junior college, Mike moved to Waynesville in June of 1984 where he was employed as a sales consultant at Sellers-Sexton Inc. in St. Robert. He is in his 29th year of employment with this company and is currently the general manager of the Sellers-Sexton Auto Group, Sellers-Sexton Ford Lincoln Mazda and Sellers-Sexton Trucks and Imports. He and his wife Marie, a secretary for the Waynesville R-6 School district, live in there home in Waynesville. They just celebrated their 29th year wedding anniversary. They have two children. A daughter, Molly (age 25), and son, Ivan (age 21). Mike's hobbies include enjoying anything outdoors, spending quality time with his family, and a sincere passion for leading worship services at Westside Baptist Church. In addition, he sings with a local gospel group, "Covenant Quartet".
